The Center is open Monday – Friday from 7:30AM to 5:30PM
Adult Day Care
| Basic Day Care rate which includes two meals & a snack. Applicants must be: • Ambulatory and independent (with or without an assistive device) • Continent • Able to feed themselves • A non-wanderer (individual who does not endanger themselves by consistently trying to leave the premises • Non-combative |
$64 per day

| Daily Rate for Day Health Level I Applicants: • Requires assistance with frequent urine or bowel incontinence • Requires mechanically altered diet • Requires standby assistance when walking |

| Daily Rate for Day Health Level II Applicants: • Requires special attention with occasional wandering problems • Requires 1-man assistance with transfers • Requires assistance with eating • Requires specialized nursing assistance • Requires assistance with medications |

Special Equipment. If a client requires a wheelchair, walker or cane, these items must be provided by the caregiver/family.
Change of clothing. Clients should have an extra change of clothes, including underwear, to be kept at the center. Please label them.
Geriatric Pads/Briefs. Clients using geriatric pads/briefs should provide ample supply to be kept at the center for their use.
